Mobile phones are not used in therapy rooms or without prior consent
Pictures and videos are only taken by PCT camera with consent. If under 16 with consent of parent/guardian who holds parental responsibility
All PCT policies and procedures are complied by staff, clients and visitors
All new staff and volunteers to have safeguarding and health and safety induction.
When PCT consider safeguarding it is useful to remember the categories of abuse and what to look out for.

PCT work closely with external agencies to ensure we do all we can to promote the wellbeing of our clients, staff and volunteers.
Please be aware, any disclosure is treated respectfully but full confidentiality is not promised as we have a responsibility to uphold our duty of care to protect the safety of individuals.
PCT may need to forward information to another professional agency if concerns could lead to harm of individuals or others.
